Adventures in Being

With Harvest come and past, and Thanksgiving and Christmas only days away, I thought I would share two baking tips.

1. Use wax paper on your cookie sheets. You may use the same sheet more than once and it makes clean up much easier!

2. When making cookies, I use an ice.cream scoop to measure them onto the cookie sheet.
