Aloha Friday!

In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought on Fridays I would take it easy on posting too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

If you would like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave the link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participates! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!

Jingle Bells because it's upbeat. I don't like sad Christmas songs for caroling.

My fave Christmas song of all time is "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas." If you've never heard it, you have to Google it! It's the best!

As for carols, I love "Oh Holy Night," "Silent Night" and "Bring a Torch Jeanette, Isabella."

Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas. Because it fits my vocal style and I like to croon it. :)

My favorite Hanukkah song is "Hanukkah Blessing" by Barenaked Ladies. I love the new and fresh song.

I used to go caroling with my friends and did not really have a favorite song.

It's the Little Drummer Boy. Ever since I heard Bing Crosby and David Bowie sing it on a show many years back, I've loved it.

Hark the Herald Angels sing...I have fond memories of holding a hymnal at church with my dad and having him point to the different words in the different verses as we sang.

I had a giftaway that ended last week and that was the question I asked. I received so many great comments that I am now totally confused as to "one" that I like the most. The winner said it best... when the song says "fall on your knees and here thy angels voices..." it is extremely powerful. I'll go with that song....

Have a great weekend. I welcome you to stop by my blog and enter 2
gift-a-ways...."giftaways" are the new giveaways...like 40 is the new 30. :D
