Easy Pumpkin Ice Cream

2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
1 30 ounce Pumpkin Pie Mix
-Combine ice cream and pumpkin pie mix, stir until blended.
-freeze mixture for 2 hrs; mix for 30 sec.
-Freeze for 2 hrs or until firm.

*Goes great with warm white chocolate cookies. Yum! Yum!
